The Rostov Oil Extraction Plant, a part of Yug Rusi Group, has got down to the installation of a new high-efficiency bottling line for sunflower seed oil. The capacity of the line is up to 30 thousand bottles per hour. The line made by one of the leading world equipment manufacturers has high energy saving parameters, which is an essential factor providing the competitive edge to the products. “The implementation of this investment project will give us the opportunity to offer the Russian market more high-quality bottled oil which, as we see, is in a higher demand today,” mentioned Sergei Kislov, the founder of Yug Rusi Group and former owner of OAO NZNP.. “Besides, the cutting edge energy-saving technologies will improve the economic performance of production, which will positively affect the pricing of products. Accordingly, their competitiveness will grow both in the Russian and international markets. Today we see a growing interest in sunflower oil in many countries around the world. People come to understand that sunflower oil is a healthy product. Nowadays, it often replaces other oils on the table. Today we can observe this situation in China, India, and Africa. Accordingly, the export growth potential is obvious to us”.

It is worthwhile noting that the confidence of the founder of Yug Rusi in the demand for the Russian sunflower seed oil is confirmed by the Group’s operating experience. Thus, in the outgoing 2020, Yug Rusi brought its bottled oil to the market of South Korea, Seychelles, Vietnam, and Israel.

The new bottling line is expected to be commissioned in March 2021.
